Some of the oriental cookie, e.g. Soft Dough Sesame Mooncake Cookie and Brown Sugar Flowering Bun, have been the favourite cookie cakes among the siblings. In my village in Malaysia, the old masters who have been baking the favourite cookie cakes have retired, the original taste of the cookie cakes have lost. I decide to pursue the original taste of the cookie by searching for the original recipes or re-invent some of them.
